Take a few minutes to complete our Online Inquiry Form indicating your interest in Early Childhood, Elementary, or Middle School programs. We will contact you to schedule a visit. You may also want to join us for an upcoming open house.

How to Apply

To begin the application process, you will need to create an account on our RenWeb portal. The link is below. This will allow you to fill out a new student application form, which may be worked on until you are ready to submit it. A non-refundable $150 application and screening fee must accompany each child’s application. You will receive an email confirming your submission.

Schedule a Screening

After submitting your child’s application, you will be contacted to set up a screening time. Screening days are scheduled in the fall for December decisions. Additional screenings will be scheduled until classes are full. During these screenings, students are given basic skills assessment to determine a child’s readiness.

Early Childhood (PK-K) This assessment lasts about 45 minutes. The children are screened in small groups.

Students in Grades 1-8 Students are assessed in math, reading, and writing skills.

Enrolling admissions applications will be accepted throughout the year based on availability.

Admission Decisions

St. Luke’s accepts admission applications year-round, including for mid-year admission. We will work with families to complete the admission process as quickly as possible. Students who test by November 30 are eligible for early acceptance in December. You will receive a letter of intent that will ask you to for your intent and a registration fee. This is required to hold the students spot. In January, you will receive an online enrollment contract. This must be submitted by the stated deadline. No enrollment is complete until the signed contract and enrollment fees are received by the school.
