St. Luke’s Episcopal School is a faith-based school that values diversity and inclusiveness. At St. Luke’s we strive to create a community that reflects our core religious beliefs. We believe that we are created in the image of God who is loving, caring, generous, patient, and forgiving.
All students attend weekly Chapel services. Beginning in 5th grade, students are given the opportunity to serve as acolytes, which reinforces leadership skills and public speaking ability. Parents are always welcome to attend and sit with their child.
In addition, students attend religion classes once a week. Students develop Biblical literacy through age-appropriate activities, as well as understanding and appreciating other faith traditions. Our emphasis on Biblical virtues helps students develop empathy, respect for others, and a passion for community service.
